We’re a small (but mighty) team fuelled by passion, tea and biscuits (and the occasional dog treat). For us, this isn’t just work, it’s our happy place. We believe in quality over quantity, and if it has four legs and a wagging tail, then it’s basically on the payroll.
Yes, dogs are welcome here. In fact, they might greet you at the door before we do! Don’t panic—they’re friendlier than your nan after a little nip of sherry.
Dominic
(The Boss)
Also known as The Human Freight Train. Once he gets an idea, there’s no stopping it, so just jump on board and hold tight! Dom’s your guy if you need the impossible done by yesterday and want a cracking deal on top of it.
Trained in the fast-paced world of motorsport, he now spends his days running Loaded Bikes and Loaded Vans… and making the tea.
Yes, the boss makes the tea. We like to keep him grounded.

♦ Hobbies: Mountain biking, motorbike track days, dog walks, SUP-ing like a champ
♦ Vehicle: VW T6 (probably has tea in the glovebox)
Helen
(A.K.A Hells Bells)
Helen may be diminutive in size, but don’t let that fool you; she’s a powerhouse in disguise. Helen’s hands-on with everything from building stuff to hauling heavy things about fuelled by snacks and sarcasm. She drinks tea, knows things, and is right. Always. Seriously, don’t argue.
She also handles most of the communication, because Dom types like a confused raccoon.

♦ Hobbies: Mountain biking, skiing, dog walks, SUP-ing (and surviving Dom’s ideas)
♦ Vehicle: VW T6 and once upon a time, a Suzuki Swift (RIP… thanks Dom!)
Jack
(The CAD Whisperer)
Jack is the design wizard who turns chaos (aka Dom’s ideas) into real live, beautiful, functional things. He’s got the patience of a saint and the CAD skills of a wizard.
Jack and Dom have been building cool vehicle projects for years, which has given Jack a PhD in deciphering Dom’s ever-changing to-do list.
♦ Role: Technical Designer & Chief CAD Tamer
♦ Hobbies: Mountain biking, hiking, dog cuddles, old car restoration, motorsport tinkering
♦ Vehicle: Golf GTI + Transit camper (one for speed, one for sleep)
Julie
(Employee of the Month)
Usually spotted polishing the Employee of the Month trophy (her name’s engraved on it… forever), Julie builds, packs, and preps our stock with military precision.
Occasionally drives, but she’s so fast we can’t afford the fuel often. She also once bought a speedboat on a whim. No regrets.
♦ Role: Assembly, Fitting, Despatch & Occasional Road Rocket
♦ Hobbies: Walking, spontaneous adventures, outworking the entire team
♦ Vehicle: Coach-built motorhome and a Volvo that thinks it’s a rocket ship
Ripley
(The Goodest Boi)
Our Hungarian Vizsla and the company’s unofficial Head of Public Relations. He’s cute, professional, and takes logistics very seriously—regularly seen inspecting goods in and out of the courier vans like a four-legged customs officer. If a parcel’s late, it’s probably because he wasn’t on shift.
Be warned: he may roo-roos with joy at you and his tail is a health hazard.
♦ Role: Chief Greeter & Parcel Inspector
♦ Hobbies: Zoomies, swimming, hiking, and being devastatingly handsome
♦ Vehicle: None. He’s chauffeured. He is royalty, after all
Mollie
(Tiny but Fierce)
Don’t let the size fool you! Mollie runs a tight security operation. Ripley won’t cross her, and neither should you. When she’s not barking at visitors (with love), she’s occupying Ripley’s king-sized bed because what’s his is hers.
♦ Role: Head of Security & Snack Tax Enforcer
♦ Hobbies: Stealing beds, stealing chews, kayaking, and accepting belly rubs on her terms
♦ Vehicle: Whatever you’re driving. She will be carried like the royalty she is.
