There was a slight delay in dispatching my purchase due to packaging issues, but I was kept informed throughout the process. Very happy with the quality of the product, fitted in my van with ease. I purchased a triple bike rack, so far only tried loading one bike, so time will tell if it works as expected for my requirements to carry three trials bikes.
